Although my knowledge and competency in various areas has grown substantially during my time as a graduate student and professional, so has the list of areas in which I now know that I have substantial room for continued growth and learning. Although I will no longer be an official student after May, I intend to spend my life as a learner. The following plan reflects areas in which I would like to enhance knowledge or develop competency in the next three years. I selected these areas based on personal passions and those that I felt would best prepare me for the next professional step. The knowledge areas on which I focus include multicultural competence, crisis response, staff supervision, and leadership development.  The competency areas on which I focus include Human and Organizational Resources; Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion; Evaluation, Assessment, and Research; and Personal Foundations.
